Job Description

Join our talented team as a Ship Engineer where you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining innovative engineering projects. You will collaborate closely with other engineering units to ensure project success and contribute to the advancement of marine technology.

Responsibilities

  • Lead specific engineering projects from inception through completion.
  • Analyze project specifications and develop recommendations for improvements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to implement project milestones.
  • Provide support during inspections, testing, and commissioning of marine systems.
  • Ensure all engineering activities adhere to timeliness and deadlines.
  • Generate and utilize engineering software tools for design and analysis.
  • Monitor project budgets and make adjustments as necessary.
  • Support quality assurance and control processes in all phases of projects.
  • Establish rapport and build relationships with external partners and vendors.
  • Attend industry conferences to stay abreast of current trends and technologies.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Engineering or related field is a plus
Experience
  • Experience in project management and leading engineering teams is an asset.
