Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Center Machine Set-Up Operator to ensure the efficient operation of machining processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up and operating center machines, with a solid commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain center machines efficiently.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure machine reliability.
• Ensure accurate loading and unloading of materials.
• Fine-tune machine settings for optimal production quality.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and implement corrective actions.
• Document production processes and outcomes.
• Support continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Assist in training new operators on equipment handling.
• Comply with company safety standards and policies.

Requirements

Education

• Trade school certification in machining (preferred)

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Ability to read technical drawings
• CNC operation experience

Soft Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent
