Industrial Engineer

Job Description

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing production processes and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Your expertise will help us improve product workflows, implement automation technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate work methods and recommend changes to enhance productivity.
• Support the implementation of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.
• Collaborate with supplier and vendor management on equipment performance.
• Review and analyze equipment failure reports to prevent re-occurrences.
• Coordinate continuous improvement workshops and training sessions.
• Assist in the development of business cases for investment in new technologies.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and ISO standards.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to upper management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field
• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in a manufacturing environment with a focus on process engineering

• Knowledge of statistical process control: Understanding of SPC techniques for maintaining quality.
