Job Description

Join our skilled maintenance team as an Instrument and Electrical Technician (I&E Tech). You will work on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of electrical systems while adhering to strict safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and instrumentation.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
• Analyze equipment performance and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs.
• Support project managers in electrical aspects of projects.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field preferred
• Valid electrical or instrumentation technician certification

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical and/or instrumentation maintenance

Technical Skills

• Advanced PLC programming
• Experience with hazardous area classifications

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking
• Effective communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with hazardous area classifications: Familiarity with standards and practices for working in hazardous environments.
• Knowledge of industry regulations: Strong understanding of regulations affecting electrical maintenance in industrial settings.
