Responsibilities

• Run button manufacturing machines efficiently and safely.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to meet production targets.
• Inspect and test produced buttons for quality control.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of production equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.
• Keep accurate records of production metrics.
• Work with team leaders to optimize production processes.
• Support in team training sessions for new employees.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques

Soft Skills

• Time management and organization
• Good communication skills

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in quality control processes: Understanding and experience in maintaining quality assurance standards.
