Job Description

We are seeking motivated and skilled Machine Feeders and Offbearers to enhance our brick production line. In this role, you will assist in the efficient operation of machinery, ensuring the quality and timely processing of bricks. Ideal candidates should possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the manufacturing process by feeding the machines.
• Inspect materials for quality compliance.
• Work collaboratively to optimize production efficiency.
• Assist with inventory management and tracking.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives for processes.
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college experience preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Material handling
• Machine maintenance

Soft Skills

• Strong communication
• Reliability

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a high-volume production environment: Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing settings with strict deadlines.
• Forklift experience in a warehouse setting: Proficiency in operating forklifts in a manufacturing or warehouse context.
