Job Description

The Lawn Care Technician will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of lawns across residential and commercial properties. Candidates should be knowledgeable in lawn care techniques and possess strong attention to detail, ensuring that our clients' landscapes flourish.

Responsibilities

• Execute regular lawn maintenance tasks like mowing and fertilization.
• Recognize and remedy lawn diseases and pest infestations.
• Utilize landscaping tools and equipment safely and effectively.
• Engage with customers to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Keep meticulous records of work performed and services rendered.
• Participate in additional landscaping projects as required.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold service standards.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations on job sites.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in customer service is advantageous

Technical Skills

• Irrigation system knowledge
• Knowledge of pest control methods

Soft Skills

• Team player attitude
• Strong work ethic

Certifications

• CPR and First Aid Certification (preferred)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in customer service or sales: Proficiency in interacting with clients and handling inquiries.
• Experience with pesticide and herbicide application: Familiarity with the safe application of lawn care chemicals.
