Job Description

The Charge Operator plays a critical role in managing the charging systems in our manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will oversee the operation of charging equipment, ensuring efficient and accurate material handling to meet production targets. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in manufacturing processes and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Train new operators on equipment operation and safety procedures.
• Conduct inspections and assessments of charging systems.
• Assist in the documentation of production processes.
• Report discrepancies or issues to management immediately.
• Participate in quality control evaluations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferred

Technical Skills

• Experience with material handling equipment

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving abilities

Certifications

• Hazardous materials handling certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with inventory management systems: Experience managing materials and charge records efficiently.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve charging-related issues: Adept at identifying and fixing charging equipment problems.
