Air Crew Member (Crew Chief)

Job Description

Aviation Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Air Crew Chief to oversee maintenance operations. You will be responsible for supervising a team, maintaining compliance with FAA regulations, and ensuring top-notch communication across departments for timely project completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead aircraft maintenance operations and manage schedules.
• Review and approve maintenance procedures and work orders.
• Establish training programs for continuous staff development.
• Monitor compliance for all maintenance regulations.
• Participate in incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Evaluate and implement new maintenance technologies and processes.
• Support budget management and resource allocation for the department.
• Foster strong relationships with team members and other departments.
• Stay updated on aviation industry standards and innovations.

Requirements

Education

• Associate's degree in Aviation Maintenance Technology or a related field
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in aircraft maintenance

Technical Skills

• Aircraft systems knowledge
• Maintenance management software

• Problem-solving skills

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Certification
• Quality Assurance Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
