Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Machinery Mechanic to join our maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hydraulic systems repair and a deep understanding of machinery components. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform preventive maintenance on complex industrial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed inspections and troubleshooting of machinery.
• Develop repair procedures for specific equipment.
• Implement best practices in hydraulic system repairs.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians on complex repairs.
• Assist in planning maintenance schedules to optimize production.
• Monitor machinery performance and report discrepancies.
• Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
• Continuously improve skills through additional training and certification.
• Engage in ongoing dialogue regarding equipment upgrades.
• Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.

Requirements

Education

• Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in industrial machinery maintenance.
