Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Stove Tender to operate and maintain stoves in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will ensure stoves are functioning properly, monitor temperature controls, perform routine maintenance, and assist team members as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain stove temperature controls to ensure safe operation.
  • Document and report the daily performance of stoves and production rates.
  • Assist in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and collaborating with maintenance teams.
  • Ensure compliance with all occupational safety and health regulations.
  • Participate in training sessions for new employees regarding stove operation.
  • Conduct regular checks and keep stoves clean and operational.
  • Effectively communicate with the production team for smooth operations.
  • Keep work area organized and free of hazards.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Prior experience in operating and maintaining stoves in a manufacturing environment.
