Job Description

As a Coach or Scout, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and recruiting talented athletes for our teams. You will attend various sporting events to evaluate players and provide detailed reports to our management team. This position requires a deep understanding of the sports industry along with exceptional networking skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth research on potential athletes, including background checks.
• Attend practices and games regularly to evaluate player skills.
• Maintain proper documentation of scouting activities and findings.
• Collaborate with other scouts to share insights and strategies.
• Proactively identify future talent through various channels.
• Mentor and guide new scouts in best practices and evaluation techniques.
• Assist in organizing recruitment camps and trials.
• Review scouting reports and provide feedback for improvement.
• Gather and analyze data to inform recruitment strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Sports Management or related field is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in scouting or coaching

Technical Skills

• Research and analytical abilities
• Social media proficiency

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Team collaboration

Languages

• English: Fluent
