Job Description

As a Recreation Establishment Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our recreational facility, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors. You will manage staff, coordinate various activities, and maintain the facility to meet our high standards.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the recreational facility.
  • Design and oversee safety protocols, ensuring a secure environment.
  • Allocate resources effectively and ensure optimal staff performance.
  • Implement strategic initiatives for enhancing the visitor experience.
  • Facilitate training sessions for staff on customer service and safety procedures.
  • Manage marketing campaigns to heighten community engagement.
  • Compile reports on facility performance and visitor satisfaction.
  • Work with local organizations to promote recreational opportunities.
  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operational.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Hospitality, or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recreational facility management, with supervisory experience preferred.
