Job Description

The Adhesive Bonding Machine Operator plays a crucial role in our production team by ensuring the efficient operation of panel flow machines used in wood panel manufacturing. This includes setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting machinery to meet production targets and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Setup, operate, and adjust the panel flow machine for optimal output.
  • Keep track of machine metrics to ensure production targets are met.
  • Diagnose machine faults and implement corrective actions promptly.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace as per industry standards.
  • Work closely with other departments to improve production efficiency.
  • Perform regular maintenance checks and minor repairs on the machinery.
  • Document production outputs and report issues to supervisors.
  • Adhere to all company policies regarding safety and quality management.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance technical skills.
  • Assist in implementing lean manufacturing principles.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience with woodworking machinery preferred.
