Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Early Intervention Teacher to provide educational support to children aged 0-5 with developmental delays. Your role will involve assessing needs, developing IEPs, and offering direct instruction.
Responsibilities
Assess children's developmental delays and create tailored IEPs.
Engage in meaningful interactions with children to foster learning.
Deliver direct instruction and intervention in various settings.
Work alongside other educators and service providers to coordinate care.
Maintain communication with families regarding progress and strategies.
Attend professional development sessions to improve teaching methods.
Support fellow staff members and share best practices for intervention.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for all children.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Special Education, or related field
Experience
Prior experience in inclusive educational settings is a plus.
