Training and Development Specialist

Job Description

As a Training and Development Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing and implementing training programs aimed at enhancing employee performance. You will conduct needs assessments, develop training material, and deliver engaging training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Analyze training needs through surveys, interviews, and observation.
• Create and update training materials to reflect current company standards.
• Facilitate workshops and group activities to enhance learning outcomes.
• Monitor and track training expenses and budgets.
• Engage with external training providers when necessary.
• Assist in the selection and implementation of Learning Management Systems.
• Prepare reports on training program effectiveness for management review.
• Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field
• Master's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in training and development roles

Technical Skills

• Design software
• E-learning tools

• Flexibility and adaptability
