Job Description

Join our dynamic maintenance team as an Industrial Machinery Mechanic. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various industrial machinery, ensuring optimal performance and durability.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and effective maintenance of all production machinery.
• Review and interpret technical manuals and blueprints.
• Coordinate with production schedules to minimize downtime.
• Lead projects for machinery upgrades and changes.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on machinery design improvements.
• Prepare maintenance reports for management review.
• Participate in safety audits and compliance checks.
• Develop and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Train staff on safe and effective machinery operation.
• Work with suppliers to procure necessary tools and parts for repairs.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Additional vocational training is preferred

Experience

• Proven experience in machinery maintenance or a related field.

Technical Skills

• Welding
• PLC Programming

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Certifications

• OSHA Safety Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with welding and fabrication: Hands-on experience in metalworking and machinery repair.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical systems in machinery.
