Job Description

The Installation, Maintenance, and Repair Worker will be responsible for maintenance and repair tasks across different facilities. From equipment to systems, this role ensures everything operates smoothly. We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work and has a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks on all equipment and systems.
  • Monitor and respond to automation alerts and system failures.
  • Lead initiatives to improve energy efficiency throughout the facilities.
  • Assist in developing a budget for maintenance projects.
  • Coordinate with contractors during larger repair and renovations.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and technology in maintenance.
  • Provide excellent customer service to facility occupants.
  • Report regularly to the maintenance supervisor on team performance.
  • Foster a culture of safety and responsibility within the maintenance team.
  • Prepare facilities for inspections and audits.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Vocational training or certification in maintenance preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in facility maintenance
