Job Description

The Boring Machine Operator Helper plays a crucial role in supporting the Boring Machine Operator in setting up and maintaining boring machines. This position demands strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

Responsibilities

• Support the Boring Machine Operator in machine setup and operation.
• Help load and unload components to maximize efficiency.
• Conduct regular checks on machine performance and output quality.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of the work environment.
• Engage in minor troubleshooting of minor machine issues.
• Follow safety procedures consistently.
• Contribute to team objectives by assisting with additional tasks as required.
• Report any production discrepancies to supervisors.
• Coordinate effectively with other team members.
• Assist in inventory management of materials used.

Requirements

Education

• Vocational training in machinery operation preferred

Experience

• Experience with boring machines or similar equipment is beneficial
