We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Equipment Installer to help us manage and set up communication systems. Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining high-quality service delivery for our clients across Los Angeles.

Responsibilities

  • Install and configure communication equipment including VoIP systems and routers.
  • Test and troubleshoot installed equipment to ensure reliable performance.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls and installations.
  • Assist with network cabling and fibre optics installation.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and updates.
  • Assist less experienced team members as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Telecommunications preferred
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in telecommunications
