Responsibilities
- Install and configure communication equipment including VoIP systems and routers.
- Test and troubleshoot installed equipment to ensure reliable performance.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls and installations.
- Assist with network cabling and fibre optics installation.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and updates.
- Assist less experienced team members as needed.
Requirements
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Telecommunications preferred
Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in telecommunications
