Responsibilities
Install and configure communication equipment including VoIP systems and routers.
Test and troubleshoot installed equipment to ensure reliable performance.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients.
Maintain accurate records of service calls and installations.
Assist with network cabling and fibre optics installation.
Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and updates.
Assist less experienced team members as needed.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Telecommunications preferred
