Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Last Ironer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ironing the last seams of shoes to give them their final shape, ensuring quality and precision in each product.

Responsibilities

• Perform final ironing on shoe seams using manual and automated tools.
• Inspect each shoe meticulously to uphold quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the production team for seamless operations.
• Keep an organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Report any recurring issues to the production manager promptly.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a relevant manufacturing role

Technical Skills

• Ironing techniques
• Quality control

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with last making processes: Understanding of last making and shaping within footwear production.
• Experience with quality assurance inspections: Prior experience in quality checks within manufacturing.
