Job Description

As a Fish Packer, you will sort, clean, and pack fish according to specifications while operating equipment for processing. This position supports our commitment to delivering quality seafood to customers.

Responsibilities

• Sort and prepare fish for packing, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
• Weigh and properly package fish products according to specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace.
• Perform regular equipment checks and maintenance.
• Assist in quality control processes throughout production.
• Participate in training sessions for best practices and safety.
• Support teammates in various production tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in fish packing or a similar role preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with seafood processing machinery: Familiarity with the operation and maintenance of seafood processing equipment.
