The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of medications, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing top-notch patient care. In this role, you will be responsible for dispensing medications, advising patients on their health, and ensuring the safe use of pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training of new pharmacy staff.
• Engage with patients to foster lasting relationships and trust.
• Review and interpret physician orders for accuracy and safety.
• Implement electronic pharmacy management systems effectively.
• Provide updates on medication therapy management to healthcare teams.

Requirements

Education

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
• Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of pharmacy experience in a retail setting
