Job Description

Join our team as a Dishwasher, an essential role that helps keep our kitchen running smoothly. In this position, you will assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall efficiency of our food service operations, supporting chefs and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly wash and dry all dishware and silverware before the next service.
• Ensure proper handling of kitchen equipment and follow safety procedures without fail.
• Assist teammates in preparing ingredients for cooking if necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and other kitchen spaces.
• Help organize the kitchen according to health standards to facilitate easy access to utensils.
• Keep track of cleaning supplies and report low inventory to management.
• Assist in the cleanliness of kitchen floors and surfaces by sweeping and mopping as required.
• Be punctual and ready to support kitchen operations during peak hours.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Experience in a similar role is advantageous but not compulsory.
