Job Description

As a Learning and Development Specialist at Training Solutions Inc., you will play a crucial role in designing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs aimed at developing employee skills and competencies. You will collaborate with various departments to identify learning needs and implement effective training solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for training and development.
  • Create instructional materials and training content for diverse learning initiatives.
  • Deliver training using various methods, including workshops, e-learning, and coaching.
  • Analyze training feedback and make data-driven decisions for program improvements.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee progress.
  • Develop partnerships with external trainers or consultants when necessary.
  • Implement employee onboarding programs to enhance new hire assimilation.
  • Facilitate workshops that encourage team collaboration and engagement.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Education or similar field is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate training and development
