Job Description

As a Human Resources Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to managing the interview process. You will work collaboratively with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective strategies to attract top talent. Your expertise will help enhance our overall recruitment efficiency and improve candidate experience.

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards and social media.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract talent.
  • Maintain relationships with potential candidates for future openings.
  • Prepare job descriptions and advertisements that attract quality candidates.
  • Track and analyze recruitment trends to improve the hiring process.
  • Facilitate onboarding procedures for new hires to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Assist in developing organizational culture initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with training teams to address candidate skill gaps.
  • Utilize data analytics to enhance recruitment efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate performance evaluation processes for new hires.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in HR or recruitment roles
