Job Description

As a Textile Bleaching and Dyeing Machine Operator, you'll be responsible for the operation and maintenance of machines in the food processing sector. Your role is crucial in ensuring food products meet safety and quality standards through effective blanching techniques. Strong attention to detail and adherence to operational guidelines are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Set up blanching machines for operation following safety guidelines.
• Continuously monitor the blanching process and ensure compliance with health standards.
• Remove and clean machinery parts regularly.
• Train new operators in machine protocols and safety measures.
• Compile daily production reports for supervisors.
• Modify machine settings to optimize output and quality.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss improvements in processes.
• Assist in quality control checks on raw and finished products.
• Ensure equipment is calibrated and functioning effectively.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred
