Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Management Specialist to oversee document processing within our organization. The successful candidate will manage the scanning, indexing, and storing of documents while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Your expertise will help streamline our workflows and maintain an organized digital document library.

Responsibilities

  • Digitally archive documents ensuring optimal storage and accessibility.
  • Conduct regular audits to maintain data accuracy and compliance.
  • Support the integration of new document management technologies.
  • Develop process improvement initiatives to enhance document workflows.
  • Liaise with IT for the maintenance of document imaging hardware and software.
  • Provide assistance in project management for document-related projects.
  • Coordinate with external vendors for specialized document processing needs.
  • Create training materials for new staff on document management practices.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in document imaging or management
Technical Skills
  • Image editing software expertise
