As a Line Operator, you will be key to the efficiency of our production process. You will operate and maintain equipment designed for roasting, baking, and drying to ensure optimal production levels while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
Set up and operate roasting, baking, and drying machinery.
Conduct quality checks and maintain records of production.
Troubleshoot production issues and suggest improvements.
Maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace.
Train new operators on equipment use and safety standards.
Adjust equipment settings based on production requirements.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with health standards.
Assist in inventory management and supply chain coordination.
Report any mechanical issues to the maintenance team.
Document production output and process inefficiencies.
Requirements
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Line Operator or similar role.
