Job Description

Seeking experienced Textile Knitting and Weaving Machine Setters, Operators, and Tenders. As part of our team, you'll operate advanced textile machinery and ensure the production of high-quality fabrics. Your role will involve not only running machines but also troubleshooting and performing regular maintenance to enhance production efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Operate advanced knitting and weaving machinery to produce fabrics.
• Oversee machine performance and make necessary adjustments.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure fabric quality.
• Work alongside quality control personnel to achieve production targets.
• Document machine settings and production outputs accurately.
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Assist in the training of new operators and tenders.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials.

Requirements

Education

• Technical Certification in Textile Manufacturing
• Associates Degree in Textile Technology is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in knitting and weaving operations

Technical Skills

• Textile Machinery Operation
• Preventive Maintenance

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus: Ability to communicate in Spanish is advantageous.
