Job Description

Join our manufacturing team as a First-Line Supervisor where you will oversee the daily operations of our sample production department. You will play a crucial role in managing a skilled team, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of production workers in the sample room.
  • Facilitate team meetings to discuss objectives and performance.
  • Analyze production data and initiate process improvements.
  • Ensure proper training of team members on equipment and procedures.
  • Maintain a safe and organized working environment.
  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill production goals.
  • Address employee concerns and provide solutions.
  • Ensure the proper maintenance of machinery and tools.
  • Document production processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assist in the hiring and onboarding process of new team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in production or manufacturing roles
