Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated operator for cutting, punching, and press machinery. You will be a vital part of the production team, ensuring that machinery operates efficiently while adhering to safety and quality standards. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machinery operation and performance, adapting processes as needed.
• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on all equipment.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to enhance efficiency.
• Assist in training new operators on machinery handling and safety practices.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Document production metrics and anomalies for performance evaluation.
• Assist in implementing lean manufacturing practices.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors regarding production status.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
• Provide feedback on machinery functionality to ensure consistent quality.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in industrial machinery operation preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in operating manufacturing equipment
