Job Description

As a Shoe Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in the production of high-quality footwear. Your primary responsibilities include operating and maintaining sewing and finishing machines, ensuring that each pair of shoes meets our stringent quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct machine setup and breakdown according to production schedules.
• Ensure all safety measures are in place while operating machinery.
• Assist in training and mentoring new operators.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing role preferred
