Job Description

We are seeking an Education Administrator for our postsecondary institution. In this role, you will manage student records, coordinate graduation processes, and ensure compliance with all academic regulations, while actively improving registration systems.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate transfer credits and determine eligibility for degree completion.
  • Collaborate on assessment initiatives to improve student services.
  • Implement changes to streamline registration processes and improve student experience.
  • Administer student information systems and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain and update academic policies in line with institutional changes.
  • Support the Director of Enrollment Services with various administrative duties.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Education, Administration)
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience within a registrar’s office or similar role

Advantageous

  • Master's degree in a related field: Advanced degree in Education Administration or related fields preferred.
