Responsibilities
Review and approve credit card applications based on established criteria.
Manage and resolve customer disputes related to credit card transactions.
Prepare detailed reports about credit card activity and trends.
Assist in implementing fraud prevention measures.
Support the development of customer educational materials regarding credit management.
Work with compliance teams to ensure all operations meet legal standards.
Participate in team meetings to discuss performance metrics and improvement strategies.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

2+ years of experience in credit card services or related roles
