Job Description

The Roving Changer is pivotal in delivering maintenance services to machines and equipment across various sites. This role demands frequent travel and collaboration with multiple teams to ensure our machinery is operating at peak efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on machines to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize equipment operation.
• Document all maintenance activities and maintain detailed records.
• Compile reports on equipment performance and recommend enhancements.
• Support project teams with the installation of new equipment.
• Identify trends in machinery performance to predict potential failures.
• Work under tight deadlines to meet client expectations effectively.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate degree in industrial maintenance preferred

Experience

• 1-3 years in manufacturing or industrial maintenance
