Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Denver team. In this role, you will work closely with developers and project managers to ensure that all software products meet quality standards. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in identifying defects and improving product functionality.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement testing strategies to meet project goals.
• Conduct performance and load testing to gauge software efficiency.
• Engage with stakeholders to clarify system requirements.
• Develop automated tests to streamline QA processes.
• Collaborate with project managers to define timelines and deadlines.
• Track test results and prepare status reports.
• Support Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project status and issues.
• Assist in developing standard operating procedures for quality assurance.
• Facilitate communication between the QA and development teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in quality assurance for software development

Certifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt

Languages
