Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Job Service Consultant who will provide assistance in resume building, mock interviews, and establishing connections with local employers. You’ll play a key role in supporting our clients through their job search journey.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to determine their employment goals and aspirations.
  • Offer group workshops on effective resume writing and interview preparation.
  • Track client outcomes and maintain detailed records of progress.
  • Partner with local businesses to identify job openings and skill gaps.
  • Assess clients' skills and direct them to relevant workshops and training.
  • Foster a supportive and positive environment for clients during their job search.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of job placement programs and enhance strategies as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Master's degree in Psychology or Human Services preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in employment services or career counseling
