First-Line Supervisor of Security Workers

Job Description

As a Security Field Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate security operations to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property. You will manage a team of security personnel, monitor systems, and respond to incidents effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security team during shifts and ensure operational effectiveness.
• Develop and implement updated security procedures and protocols.
• Evaluate security breaches and recommend improvements.
• Ensure accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
• Liaise with clients to maintain relationships and address concerns.
• Assist in the development of training programs for staff.
• Perform site assessments and risk management tasks.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in security operations.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Higher education in security management (advantageous)

Experience

• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role in security is essential.

Technical Skills

• Advanced Security Certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP)

• Interpersonal Skills

Certifications

• Advanced Security Certification preferred

Languages

• English: Fluent
