As a Security Field Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate security operations to ensure the safety and security of personnel and property. You will manage a team of security personnel, monitor systems, and respond to incidents effectively.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the security team during shifts and ensure operational effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement updated security procedures and protocols.
  • Evaluate security breaches and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
  • Liaise with clients to maintain relationships and address concerns.
  • Assist in the development of training programs for staff.
  • Perform site assessments and risk management tasks.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in security operations.
Job Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
  • Security Management Systems Ability to effectively use and manage security technology systems.
  • CCTV Operation Proficient in operating and troubleshooting CCTV systems.
  • Emergency Response Protocols Expertise in emergency response and crisis management.
  • Leadership Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving Ability to analyze situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Valid Security License/Certification
  • First Aid/CPR Certification (preferred)
  • English (Fluent)
Advantageous
  • Experience in Event Security Management: Experience managing security for large events or high-risk environments.
  • Expertise in Risk Assessments: Advanced experience in conducting and implementing risk assessments.
