Job Description

Seeking a detail-oriented Computer Technician to deliver top-notch technical support for our diverse range of computer systems. This role involves hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving, aiming to enhance efficiency and minimize downtime across departments.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and resolve hardware and software faults.
  • Ensure that all company data is protected and secure.
  • Assist with the procurement of IT equipment and software.
  • Conduct regular system updates and maintenance.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2 years of experience in technical support or IT role
