Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baton Teacher to join our vibrant team. As a Baton Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching students of all ages the art of baton twirling and guiding them to reach their full potential. This role requires not only expertise in baton techniques but also a dedication to cultivating a supportive and inspiring learning environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality baton twirling instruction to students, ensuring adherence to established curriculum.
  • Monitor student progress and effectively communicate with parents regarding their child's development.
  • Create engaging and challenging lessons that inspire student creativity.
  • Foster discipline and respect among students in a safe learning environment.
  • Design and coordinate rehearsals for group routines and individual performances.
  • Participate in partnering efforts with community events to showcase student talent.
  • Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities.
  • Encourage self-expression and confidence in students through performance opportunities.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Dance, Performing Arts, or related field
  • Formal training in baton twirling is highly advantageous
Experience
  • At least 3 years of experience teaching baton twirling and choreography.
