Oxygen System Tester

Job Description

The Oxygen System Tester plays a critical role in ensuring the functionality and safety of oxygen systems used in aerospace and medical equipment. This position requires proficiency in testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex systems, with a strong focus on quality and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the testing and calibration of oxygen systems used in aircraft and medical equipment.
• Perform regular inspections and assess system performance.
• Work closely with design teams to enhance system reliability.
• Create documentation of testing processes for regulatory compliance.
• Troubleshoot any malfunctions in oxygen systems and provide solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest safety regulations and industry standards.
• Train junior staff on testing protocols and safety procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Certification in oxygen system testing and maintenance

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in oxygen system testing and maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of oxygen system components
• Technical drawing interpretation
• Testing equipment proficiency

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience working in aerospace or medical equipment manufacturing: Prior experience in a related field is advantageous.
