We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Quality Builders Ltd. This role involves the construction and installation of pole frames according to specifications. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of building techniques and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Drive and deliver project goals by executing precise carpentry work.
• Assess job sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Work as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Measure and calculate materials needed for various construction tasks.
• Utilize CAD software for design and layout when necessary.
• Perform troubleshooting on issues that arise during the construction process.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Additional certifications in carpentry are a plus

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in pole framing and general construction

Technical Skills

• Carpentry techniques
• Safety standards knowledge
