You will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring compliance with building codes, quality standards, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing various project phases from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of projects.
• Monitor and manage project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
• Create comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, resources, and objectives.
• Manage procurement and purchasing related to construction materials and equipment.
• Facilitate project meetings to gather input and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Evaluate performance and productivity of construction teams.
• Identify and manage project risks to minimize impact on schedules and budget.
• Implement innovative construction techniques to improve efficiency.
• Track project financials and prepare reports for upper management.
• Build relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in construction management or related roles
