Job Description

We are seeking a Chemical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Houston. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process design, chemical analysis, and project management. You will be instrumental in developing innovative solutions that improve production efficiency and ensure environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research to develop new chemical processes.
• Evaluate existing processes for improvement opportunities.
• Work closely with engineers and scientists on project execution.
• Deliver presentations to stakeholders on project status.
• Train junior engineers and interns on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
• Master's in Chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in the field

Technical Skills

• Chemical Process Simulation software (Aspen Plus)
• Chemistry Knowledge

Advantageous

• Six Sigma Certification: Experience in quality management and process improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with Regulatory Compliance: Understanding of chemical regulations and standards.
