Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Packaging and Filling Machine Operator to join our production team. This role involves operating and maintaining filling machines, ensuring quality production and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be attentive to detail and committed to safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare machines for operation by loading materials and adjusting settings.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with the quality assurance team to maintain product standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification in lean manufacturing principles is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience with industrial machinery

Technical Skills

• Experience with industrial tools

Soft Skills

• Ability to multitask

Certifications

• Certification in safety protocols for manufacturing

Languages

• English: Fluent
