We are looking for a skilled Armhole Presser to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. You will use your knowledge of garment manufacturing to operate pressing machines, ensuring that armholes on items such as shirts and jackets are perfectly shaped and smoothed. Attention to detail is crucial in this role.

Responsibilities

• Utilize pressing machines to contour armholes on clothing efficiently.
• Conduct quality checks on completed items.
• Ensure workspace cleanliness and organization.
• Address mechanical issues with pressing equipment immediately.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulations.
• Achieve and maintain daily production quotas.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss production goals.
• Support the sewing team in ensuring garment precision.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience

• Prior experience in garment manufacturing or pressing machines preferred.

Technical Skills

• Experience with steam irons
• Basic machine maintenance

Soft Skills

• Strong organizational skills
• Time management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience using steam irons: Hands-on experience utilizing steam irons for different fabrics.
