Job Description

We are seeking seasoned Sheet Metal Workers who are experienced in aircraft component repairs and fabrication. The ideal candidates will possess extensive knowledge of aviation maintenance standards and practices, and be equipped to handle various tasks from repairs to installation.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing on completed repairs.
  • Measure, cut, and shape sheet metal using hand and power tools.
  • Install and fit sheet metal parts using mechanical fasteners and adhesives.
  • Maintain detailed records of repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss job progress and safety protocols.
  • Provide training and guidance to newer team members as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited aircraft maintenance program or equivalent experience.
Experience
  • 2-5 years of experience in aircraft sheet metal repairs and maintenance.
