Extraction Worker

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Extraction Worker to join our team. As a Bog Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining and preserving the biodiversity of our boglands through various conservation activities. This role requires physical stamina and a genuine passion for environmental preservation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on fieldwork to maintain the ecological integrity of our boglands.
• Participate in workshops and training focused on sustainable practices.
• Help develop strategies for controlling invasive plant species.
• Document and report the findings of conservation activities.
• Participate in safety drills and adhere to safety protocols.
• Work collaboratively with ecologists and researchers on field studies.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Ecology or Environmental Studies is a plus

Experience

• Field experience in conservation or related roles preferred.

Languages

• English: Fluent
