Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machines while adhering to safety protocols.
• Adjust machine settings based on specific job requirements.
• Assist in the training of new operators on proper machinery use and safe practices.
• Monitor inventory levels of materials and supplies needed for operations.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce waste.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in woodworking.

Technical Skills

• Precision Measurement

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Previous Manufacturing Experience: Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, especially woodworking, is a plus.
